Dr. Gonazalez retired. The remaining doctors could not adequately cover all five locations so the practice was consolidated to two locations to better focus on your care. Please feel free to contact our office with any of your concerns.
Medical records will remain available at the St. Vincent’s and UAB West office. No changes will be made unless you specifically request a transfer. A release of protected health information form can be found under the Patient Information tab.
If you are currently receiving Remicade or Entyvio infusions or receive Humira injections, you will need to contact the office to make an appointment with Dr. McGlaughlin or Shelley Moreland, FNP. This is vital for additional refills and continued continuity of care.
